  • Search on Facebook using keywords like free shipping, 50% off, 
  • Search on pages like Tasty page, cheddar page, BuzzFeed page, what's trending page 
  • Videos should have a high number of views,  engagement, and comments of people purchasing the product
  • Filter by within that month to gauge what is currently trending


2. Creating Right Ads (5 main parts to showcase for ads)

  • First few lines should grab viewers attention with social proof/ virality
  • Illustrate the problem
  • Propose your solution
  • Showcase your product features
  • Have a call to action ( “Tag a friend who needs this”, "Choose your Color", "Get it now")

  • Simple, short, easy-to-read captions for each 4-second video
  • First few lines should grab viewers attention with social proof i.e “Everyone is talking about this!” and show the problem your product solves
  •  Make it seem like it’s a viral video on FB, not an ad e.g “the internet is going crazy about this”
  • Captions should match what’s going on in the video
  • Look at competitors to see what’s working for them
  • Always test various leading 3-4 seconds clip to grab attention 


3. Targeting the Right audience

  • Aussie, NZ, Canada, US, UK
  • Keep the age range large and gender-free (if you are unsure of the target audience)
  • Target multiple relevant niche and narrow down with engaged shopper behaviour/online shopping interest


4. Set the Right Ad budget ( kill ads when it doesn't convert, the limit is 3x price of product e.g $10 product $30 ad budget max if not making $)
